Photos, Camera, and Face Data
VibeGoblin allows users to voluntarily take a photo, upload a photo, or upload a profile screenshot to generate a humorous AI-powered entertainment result, such as a vibe roast, caption, verdict, or shareable result.
A user-selected photo or screenshot may contain a human face. VibeGoblin does not collect biometric face data. We do not collect, create, or store Face ID data, TrueDepth data, ARKit facial mapping data, facial geometry, faceprints, face recognition templates, biometric identifiers, or face data used to identify or authenticate a person.
VibeGoblin does not use face data to identify users, verify identity, recognize a person, compare faces against a database, build a biometric profile, track users, advertise to users, or perform marketing/data mining.
Use of Photos and Face Data
User-submitted photos and screenshots are used only to generate the entertainment analysis requested by the user inside VibeGoblin.
The photo and any temporary visual analysis are used only for this user-requested feature. They are not used by VibeGoblin for advertising, tracking, user profiling, biometric identification, or model training.
VibeGoblin output is fictional AI-assisted parody and entertainment. It is not a factual assessment, diagnosis, professional advice, identity verification, or a basis for medical, legal, employment, credit, insurance, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers
To generate the requested result, VibeGoblin may transmit the user-selected photo or screenshot securely over HTTPS to the VibeGoblin service and Cloudflare Workers AI solely for AI processing of the selected entertainment analysis.
Cloudflare Workers AI processes analysis requests. Vercel provides hosting for the web app. The iOS build does not include Vercel Analytics; the public website may use Vercel Analytics when active for operational analytics.
VibeGoblin does not sell selected photos, screenshots, face data, or personal data. VibeGoblin does not use selected photos or screenshots for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Service providers are not permitted by VibeGoblin to use user photos or face data for advertising, tracking, biometric identification, marketing, data brokerage, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and Retention
VibeGoblin does not permanently store user photos, screenshots, or face data in the VibeGoblin app database.
Selected photos and screenshots are processed temporarily only as needed to generate the requested result. Image payloads are processed in memory where applicable and are discarded after the request completes. VibeGoblin does not intentionally persist images server-side.
VibeGoblin does not store biometric face templates, faceprints, facial geometry, facial recognition data, Face ID data, TrueDepth data, or ARKit face mapping data.
Operational and error logs are configured not to include images, screenshots, profile URLs, base64 image payloads, provider raw output, or secrets.
Operational, security, and abuse-prevention logs that do not contain image payloads may be retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, abuse prevention, debugging, or legal compliance.
Generated results, history, and consent settings may be stored locally on the user’s device/browser until the user clears app data, resets local privacy settings, or removes the app.
Consent storage contains only the policy version accepted by the user.
User Choices, Consent, and Deletion
Camera and photo upload are optional. Users may choose not to grant camera access or not to upload a photo.
VibeGoblin asks for consent before sending a selected photo or screenshot to Cloudflare Workers AI for analysis.
Users can reset local privacy settings and local history from the Privacy Notice screen where available, clear app/browser data, or remove the app.

Children and Age Restriction
VibeGoblin is intended for users age 16 and older. Users must not submit photos or screenshots of children under 16.
